If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with please report it immediately and contact us within 1 hour of receiving the parcel as per our Refund Policy.
7. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability refusal or incorrect address reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
