  • We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Weavends is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges if applicable will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Weavends will not be liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Parcel Inspection

  • Customers are advised to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with please report it immediately and contact us within 1 hour of receiving the parcel as per our Refund Policy.

7. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability refusal or incorrect address reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds for such cases will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
