Refunds will only be processed if the item is damaged or stained.

The customer must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the parcel to report the issue.

Any claim made after this time window will not be entertained.

Proof of damage or stain may be required for verification.
Wrong Parcel Policy

If you receive a wrong parcel, it will be picked up by Weavends at our own cost.

Once verified, the correct item will be dispatched accordingly.
Exchange Policy

For exchange requests the customer is responsible for dispatching the item to our official address.

The address will be shared and verified after the exchange request is approved.

After receiving and verifying the returned item the exchanged product will be dispatched back to the customer.
