At Weavends, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed if the item is damaged or stained.

  • The customer must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the parcel to report the issue.

  • Any claim made after this time window will not be entertained.

  • Proof of damage or stain may be required for verification.

Wrong Parcel Policy

  • If you receive a wrong parcel, it will be picked up by Weavends at our own cost.

  • Once verified, the correct item will be dispatched accordingly.

Exchange Policy

  • For exchange requests the customer is responsible for dispatching the item to our official address.

  • The address will be shared and verified after the exchange request is approved.

  • After receiving and verifying the returned item the exchanged product will be dispatched back to the customer.
